Members who want to take payment of their deferred pension held with the Pension Fund should fill in this form to request a pension retirement pack.

If you only require an estimate of your deferred pension, you can logon to your My Pension Online account and use the online calculator.  Alternatively, you can fill in a Deferred Member Estimate Request form which can be found in the forms and publications section of our website.
