Pensioner Newsletter - Gwent Grapevine
This is the newsletter we issue every year in December to keep you up to date with what is happening with the Greater Gwent (Torfaen) Pension Fund and in the pensions world in general.
P60 End of Year Certificates
A P60 is a certificate showing the pension paid and the tax deducted during the previous tax year. We will send you a P60 in May each year. You can also view and print off your P60 details through your My Pension Online account.
We send a payslip to you at least three times a year in March, April and May. You can also view your payslips online through your My Pension Online account
Your pension is increased every April in line with the cost of living (Consumer Price Index) every April. We will always tell you about any increases to be applied to your pension in the Gwent Grapevine newsletter.
Telling us about changes
Don't forget to keep in touch with us and let us know if you:
- change address or email address
- change your bank or building society account
- accept another job where you can join the LGPS
- change your partnership status
- wish to change your nomination of beneficiary for death grant
You will find the relevant forms under the Forms and Publications section of our website.
If your pension payment is returned to us by your bank or any letters we send to you are returned marked gone away we will suspend the payment of your pension until we have been able to make contact with you.
