The Pension Fund has introduced an appointment only system for our members who want to discuss their pension queries with a member of staff in our offices.  This replaces the previous system where members could come into our offices with their pension queries on a walk-in basis.

This change has been made from the 1st August 2019 and members will need to book an appointment to discuss their pension queries with a member of staff in our offices.

 

Wherever possible we would encourage our members to phone or email us with their pension queries for us to resolve them.

How it will work?

  1. Contact us by phone or email to request an appointment, if you have a preferred date and time let us know and we will do our best to book an appointment for this subject to room and staff availability.

  2. Briefly tell us what your pension query is when you book your appointment (this is so we can make sure we have all the relevant information available for your appointment).

  3. All appointments will be 15 minutes in length

  4. If we can’t deal with your pension query in full during your appointment we will always contact you by phone, email or write to you to answer your query in full after your appointment.

  5. When you arrive at the Civic Centre tell the reception desk you have an appointment to see pensions.

  6. A member of staff will come, greet you, and deal with your pension query.
